Hi all,

Some changes have had to be made to the actions advertised previously. There will no longer be a foie gras demo on Saturday night though the one on Friday will be going ahead, if you'd like to attend get in touch or turn up at Rafters on Oakbrook road, Nethergreen between 7.30pm and 9pm.

On Sunday there will be transport going to demo at Highgate farm, who breed rabbits for vivisection. There are currently 2 spaces available but if there is sufficient interest another car will be going. Please get in touch if you'd like to come, pick up will be from Waitrose at 10.30 coming back before 5pm that afternoon, bring a packed lunch and wear suitable clothing for outdoors.

Due to transport difficulties we will not be going to demo lab animal breeders, B&K Universal near Hull on Sat 30th. Instead Saturday will nominally be spent doing vintage fur actions, look out for confirmation next week.

Fur Free Sheffield: We're pleased to tell you that after recently engaging with Sa-kis who where selling real fur, they've removed the items from sale in their shop and online and have made a commitment to being fur free in the future.

Hunt Sab Benefit Gig in Doncaster: Inner terrestrials and 4 support bands plus a dj from Nazdrove will be playing at The Leopard, Doncaster on Sat 6th Feb. It's £6 on the door to raise money for the Hunt Sabs Association. Come along and have a knees up! Raise money for Farplace Animal Rescue: If you are interested in entering The Great North Run to raise money for animal rescue, contact Jess on jessica@farplace.org.uk or 0191 4204052. Farplace are asking for £44 entry fee and £210 minimum sponsorship amount. The Great North Run is the world's biggest half-marathon and there's always an incredible atmosphere.
