Sun 17th Jan : Doris Banham is a small charity that rescues stray dogs from council pounds. These dogs are given just 7 days to be claimed before they are put to sleep and many of them are young and healthy. Netherlands Boarding Kennels in Kilnhurst, Lincs currently have around 20 rescue dogs and desperately need people to walk them. We will be driving there to help walk these dogs, leaving from Waitrose at 10.30am. Please get in touch if you want a lift! We also plan to start work on a new vegan recipe zine this month. If you have any great recipes that you’d like to contribute then please write them out on A4 paper with illustrations!
